Ultimate Personal Trainers - Gaining Muscular Weight

Gaining muscular weight - Is one of the hardest things to do and takes a lot of time and commitment so here is just one training routine that I know works.

A FULL BODY WORKOUT

 CHEST PRESS                             3  SETS   X  8 REPS

 SEATED ROW                              3  SETS  X  8 REPS

 TRICEP EXTENSION                    3   SETS  X  8 REPS

 BICEP CURL                                3  SETS  X  8 REPS

 UP RIGHT ROW                           3  SETS  X  8 REPS

 SQUATS                                      3  SETS  X  8 REPS

1.When you start this routine - Always do one extra warm up set on each body part first of 16 to 20 reps at 30% your max  weight just to get the muscles working and the blood moving. This will help prevent injury. When doing sets 3 x 8 go as heavy as you can on all 3 sets, rest well in-between each set.
