body- You should only
train 3 times a week say
on a Monday , Wednesday
and a Friday if
not those days always alternet
days.

Training times- The
whole training season should
not take longer than 45 mins.

Do not - Do any
more reps or sets than the
program states as this defeats
the object of the whole training
session.
5.
Food - Eat 5 to 6 small to medium
meals a day.

Rest - Rest as much
as you possible every chance
you get.
7.
Stretching - Always
do a complete stretching routine
after each training session.
This will help to prevent
injury.
